About me
As a behavior TOSA for the Mental Health and Wellness Department, Taylor works with school sites to collaboratively navigate and shape challenging behaviors while also promoting functional alternatives to meet each student's individual needs. Additionally, Taylor adopts a whole-human approach towards education, and has a passion for teaching regulation strategies and embedding social-emotional learning (SEL) into daily instruction. Outside of school, Taylor enjoys cooking and exercising, as well as using behavior science on his nephews when they engage in maladaptive behavior.
